NEW BOSTON - Tough inside play and a massive free throw differential led Symmes Valley to a 76-65 victory over New Boston Friday night at New Boston.

Kyle Meadows scored 28 points and had several key put-backs to keep the Vikings in the lead most of the game.

Meadows spent most of his night battling the Tigers' Rocky Dunkin on offense and defense.

The Meadows/Dunkin matchup was key for both teams as the two players led their respective teams in scoring.

“Meadows is really starting to come on for us. Him and Dunkin both are big boys and they're both physical,” said Symmes Valley coach Alvin Carpenter. “It's really pretty interesting to watch.”
