Three people arraigned|Prison riot, CruiseFest cases produce charges

The Scioto County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday arraigned three people in connection with two high-profile cases.

Eric Girdy, age unknown, was charged with aggravated murder in connection with the 1993 riot at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville.

He is an inmate at the Ohio State Penitentiary in Youngstown and plead innocent.

The court also arraigned two men in connection with the CruiseFest Nationals at the Scioto County Fairgrounds in May.

Glenn Pilgreen, 34, of 4927 Stantonsburg Rd., Greenville, N.C., was charged with four counts of illegal use of a minor for nudity oriented material or performance.

He plead innocent of the second-degree felony charges.

His 29-year-old brother, Michael Keith Pilgreen, also plead innocent to the same charges.

He has the same address as Glenn Pilgreen.
