Sheriff Marty Donini said it looks like the baby had been eaten by dogs.
“The people that live here happened to find it, and they called us,” Donini said.
He said he didn't know how the baby ended up behind the house owned by the Stiltner family. Donini did not reveal the family members names or the gender of the baby.
