Two people have been arrested and 438 pills confiscated in a Pike County traffic stop.

Sandra Miller, 42, and George Miller III, 41, of Pikeville, Ky., are charged with the second-degree felonies of possession of drugs and trafficking in drugs.

According to the Chillicothe Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, they stopped a vehicle for a traffic stop on U.S. 23 in Pike County.

The OSHP says criminal indicators were observed and the Piketon Police Department responded to assist.

A search turned up 290 Oxycodone pills and 148 Alprazlam pills, troopers said.

Both were arrested and incarcerated in the Scioto County Jail.

Great job! But if you'd start pushing a stiffer penalty for trafficing in these drugs to the people who are out of town bringing them in don't you think they might think twice before trying it a second time?I'm thinking this dark cloud that's hanging over Scioto County has been uninvited long enough don't you?
