Allison Buckle, 25, of 11100 Ohio 139 in Minford, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Portsmouth Municipal Court, and faces additional charges of illegal manufacture of drugs, a second-degree felony, and illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony.
Scioto County Sheriff Marty V. Donini said on Tuesday the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call at 3250 White Gravel McDaniel Road, Minford, after receiving a complaint of individuals making methamphetamine on the property.
Donini said deputies responded and arrested Buckle for an outstanding warrant, and after an initial investigation into the complaint, found materials in a vehicle that were being used in the production of methamphetamine.
Buckle was placed in the Scioto County Jail and held on $25,189 bond. She was subsequently arraigned in Portsmouth Municipal Court on Thursday and bond was set at $35,189.
Donini said the investigation is ongoing and expects other individuals to be charged in the case. He said the case against Buckle will be forwarded to the Scioto County Prosecutor’s Office to be presented to a Scioto County grand jury for the consideration of additional drug-related and/or criminal charges.
