She was born June 18, 1915 in Otway, Ohio a daughter of the late Charles and Mattie Ralstin Hockaden. On July 6, 1940 she was united in marriage to Clinton Snook who preceded her in death March 29, 1967. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Edna Hockaden Kuhner.
Wilma was a graduate of the former Otway High School, was a member of the Otway Christian Union Church and the Cornerstone United Methodist Church after moving to Portsmouth, was a member of the Order of Eastern Star #396 of Peebles, Ohio, was a life member of the Scioto Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, and was a retired postal employee with forty-six years of service.
Graveside services were held at Scioto Burial Park with Pastor Al Banister officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of the Botkin Funeral Home in Otway.
