She was born January 9, 1930 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Floyd Madison and Myrtle Stephenson Hedrick.
Lillian was a retired clerk from OSCO and the former Midland Grocery.
She is survived by a special niece, Sue Caudill of West Portsmouth; and several other nieces, nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was also preceded in death by siblings, Edward and Elmer Hedrick, Mabel Little, Edna Hedrick, Hazel Law, Blanche Leach, Helen Stidham, Ruby Hedrick and Betty Montgomery.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth.
