Such a good bevy or flock of collars, but it's only foreplay.

Ryan,

What will be the conviction rate and sentences, Public Defenders like Mearan will get them all off?

Will they keep them off the streets, Portsmouth, Ohio Streets?

I'm glad to see the battle against illegal drug use continuing in my area. Portsmouth needs cleaned up in a vigorous way. Good job detectives and continue the good work!
