Gary R. Crall, 65, of Wheelersburg, died Sunday, June 19, 2011 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.

Born October 28, 1945 in Scio, Harrison County, Ohio, a son of the late Frank and Sylvia Smith Crall, he was a member of Carpenter’s Local #437.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Shoemaker Crall, whom he married July 29, 1967; one daughter, Beth (Alan) Bayless of South Webster; two sons, Doug (Tomeka) Crall, Chris (Carol) Crall, all of South Webster; four grandchildren, Brittany Crall, Kiya Crall, Max Bayless, Alex Bayless; two brothers, Abby Crall of Harrison County, Ben Crall of Carrollton, OH and one sister, Janet Hall of Clarksville, TN. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Carl Crall, Elmer Crall, George Crall, Henry Crall, Lester Crall and four sisters, Audrey Wallace, Connie Godman, Donna Custer and Middy Weaver.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 23, 2011 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Steve Luster and Tim Jones officiating. Burial will be in South Webster Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
