She was born Aug. 27, 1919, in Portsmouth, to the late John Maguet and Bertha Clausing Maguet. She retired after 26 years with Adams Bakery. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, and an avid University of Notre Dame football and Cincinnati Reds baseball fan.
She was preceded in death by one son, John Edward Price; and one brother, Robert Maguet.
Dorothy is survived by her husband of 72 years, Joseph T. Price; one son, Gary (Karen) Price; four daughters, Joan (Lee) McSweeney, Patty (Richard) Westmeyer, Debbie (John) Cantrell and Laura (Jim) Goodman. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no visitation.

Arrangements are under the direction of F. C. Daehler Mortuary Company in Portsmouth.
