According to Pike County Sheriff Richard Henderson, Michael Strong has been charged and convicted of gross sexual imposition; Joshua Fisher has been charged and convicted of rape of a minor under 10 years old; Rodney Heffner has been charged and convicted of gross sexual imposition; and Richard Hicks has been charged with sexual imposition.
Each of these men will be required to register as a sexual offender in the county where they reside in Ohio.
Henderson said his office conducts monthly checks of all sexual offenders residing in Pike County, and a complete listing can be found online at www.pikecosheriff.com.
