I remember as a child growing up in Portsmouth going downtown with my parents and they were shopping stores everywhere, people all over Chillicothe Street and Second Street, not to mention J.C. Penny Store, Kenricks Showroom, a great time in those days. Now its just like a waste land full of empty builds and memories of things that were.
Instead of squabbling about the petty things just take a drive and look at the cold hard fact there is no hope in that town.

We see a police Squad car every onces in a while, but you see them more often mostly parked in front of their residences?
This town too big for them to cover when the Rank makes the collars, not lately, they need more officers to make more over time, to make 6 figures annually and those U. S. Congressional perks like premium health insurances, etc.
