The Village of New Boston had its first annual Christmas Parade, Saturday, Dec 11. Due to the cooperation of many individuals and organizations the parade was a huge success.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the New Boston Kiwanis Club, Tim Horton’s Restaurant, Cedar Street Church of Christ in Christian Union, Church of God Mount Assembly, the New Boston School District, New Boston Village Council, Treasurer, Fire, Police and Service departments and Mayor Jim Warren. Also special thanks to Jon and Christy Mills (Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus) and WSAZ and the Daily Times for great coverage. Most especially we want to thank all the residents of our great Village who came out for the evening.

Thanks to all of you and we will make next year’s parade bigger and better.
