She was born Dec. 30, 1926, to the late Shirley and Helen Swords Brown Mershon.
Delores is survived by three sons, Dave, Eddie and Rickey Mershon; a daughter, Connie Lucas; four sisters, Geneva Ball, Joann Luther, Ellen Smith and Helen Summers; and two brothers; John and Gary Mershon.
