She was born in Greenup Co., Ky., Jan. 3, 1923, a daughter of the late Logan Counts and Susan Adkins Counts. She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and a member of the Bennett’s Chapel United Methodist Church in South Shore, Ky.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Logan, James, Bill, and John Counts; three sisters, Edna Timberlake, Olive Wheeler and Wanda Fannin; also her husband, Carl Edward Munn, Dec. 16, 1983.
Surviving are eight sons and wives, Carl and Darlene Munn of Beaver, Ohio, Robert and Shirley Munn, David and Kathy Munn, Leslie and Debbie Munn, and Wendell Munn, all of South Shore, Ky., Kenneth and Jennifer Munn of Greenup, Ky., Jeffrey and Mala Munn of Elgin, S.C., and Brian and Cheryl Munn of Lugoff, S.C.; one daughter and husband, Joyce and Mike Lindermann of Grove City, Ohio; one sister, Aldene Britz of Peebles, Ohio; 18 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010, at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Ky., with Rev. Marvin Frasure officiating. Burial will be in Siloam Cemetery in South Shore, Ky. Friends may call at the Roberson Funeral Home from 6 until 9 p.m. on Tuesday and from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Wednesday.
