She was born June 10, 1951, in Portsmouth, to Walter Lloyd and Nancy Anne Kenard Sheets of Portsmouth.
Vicki was a registered nurse at Golden Years Convalescent Center, and she was a graduate of Hocking Technical College. She attended Bigelow Church.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Frederick James Bendolph Sr., whom she married Feb. 26, 2006, in Portsmouth; two sons, Thomas Albert (Erica) Rodriguez of Portsmouth, and Anthony (Melinda) Rodriguez of Wheelersburg; a step-son, Frederick James Bendolph II of Portsmouth; two brothers, Thomas Kenard Sheets of St. John, USVI, and Tamio Clark of Guam; three sisters, Steffi Sheets of Portsmouth, Shari Arlene (Lee) Gilbert of San Diego, CA, and Kendra (Christopher) Sakoina of Pittsburgh, PA; and four grandchildren, Cailyn Rodriguez, Chase Rodriguez, Ellysa Larrier and Cameron Rodriguez.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am Friday at Christ Temple with Rev. Marcus Bendolph and Rev. Steven Schueren officiating and interment in Memorial Burial Park.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth, and one hour prior to services at the church on Friday.
