The Lady Fighting Tigers kept pace with Minford before succumbing to a 14-2 final period for their third loss of the season.
Ally Conrad scored 12 points to lead Minford and Whitney McManus scored 10 points.
"We had a couple girls get in foul trouble early and the bench stepped up and helped us tremendously," Minford coach Mark Chaney said. "Harris and McManus got in foul trouble and we actually got more players involved, which is what we've been shooting for. We got up and down the court faster than we have in the past and we just played good team ball tonight."

Notre Dame outscored Ironton St. Joe 25-2 in the first half and hung on to win.
Jeanne Estep led all scorers with 19 points, tying the output of the entire St. Joe roster.
"She just stepped up and helped (our young) kids," Notre Dame coach Walt Monroe said. "We played all eight kids and they all played extremely well.
"The kids are starting to buy into what we're doing," Monroe added. "Defensively we were very good tonight. We were up 25-2 at halftime."
Hanna Shupert scored eight points and Cassie Stevens scored four points with five rebounds.
Notre Dame plays Paint Valley on Saturday at home. The game starts at 5 p.m.

Waverly lost a close contest to Soutneastern on the road Monday night by a score of 46-41.
Courtney Harris scored 22 with eight rebounds points to lead Waverly, scoring all 13 of the Lady Tigers' points as the comeback fell short. Ali Walls added four points and three assists.
Despite the loss, Waverly out-rebounded Southeastern 27-23.
Waverly hosts South Webster on Jan. 5.
