Titans, Turner down Vikings

Trevin Turner recorded a double-double Tuesday night as the Notre Dame Titans beat the Symmes Valley Vikings 59-50.

Turner scored 28 points while also hauling in 14 rebounds. Turner also dished out six assists for Notre Dame (10-2, 6-1).

Shawn Belville posted a double-double for the Vikings, scoring 24 points while grabbing 13 rebounds.

The Titans host Eastern Friday in an SOC I showdown.

Valley 68, Waverly 51

The Valley Indians beat the Waverly Tigers 68-51 at home Tuesday.

Bryan Rolfe led the Indians with a game-high 18 points. Blake Howard and Aaron Linne scored 12 points respectively. Valley hit four threes in the game, two by Rolfe, one by Howard and one by Kenny Williams.

Clay 80, New Boston 50

On a chilly and frosty night, the Clay Panthers were on fire Tuesday. Clay hit 13 shots from downtown and had five players score in double figures.

Nate Hinze led the Panthers with 17 points while Cole Gilliland and Cameron King scored 15 a piece. Brody Riffe and Anthony Williams also reached double figures, scoring 14 points and 11 respectively.

Clay scored 48 points in the first half and reach double figures in three of the four quarters.
