Notre Dame volleyball tops North Adams

The Notre Dame Titans won their second match of the season on Thursday, defeating North Adams in four games 25-21, 17-25, 25-11, 25-18.

Sophomore Lexi Smith proved to be a spark for Notre Dame (2-0) on offense and behind the service line. She recorded a team-high 15 kills and 12 points for the Titans. Emma Monroe also picked up a double-double for Notre Dame, coming up with 10 kills and 10 digs.

Ali Smith and Ragen Kayser were the leaders defensively for Notre Dame, totaling 14 and 11 digs respectively. Hagen Schaefer paced the offensive from the setter position, recording 27 assists.

The Titans are back in action on Tuesday, when they travel to New Boston to take on the Tigers.
