Clays takes Senators in tight game

The Clay Panthers girls basketball team hit the road to West Monday, where they captured a well fought win. Clay beat the Senators 45-42.

Jensen Warnock led the Panthers to victory, scoring 14 points from seven-two point baskets. Coming up behind Warnock was Skylar Artis, who scored 11 points with three big three pointers and two of two free throws.

Leading all scorers was Senator Makayla White with 16 points. White scored five-two point baskets and made six of eight free throws.

Thursday night Clay will meet up with the New Boston Tigers on the Panther court while West travels to South Webster to face the Jeeps.
