Part of U.S. 23 named for Branch Rickey

Now his name will forever be immortalized in signage along a stretch of U.S. 23 in Scioto County.State Representative Terry Johnson (R-McDermott), who sponsored the bill making the naming the law, hosted an event unveiling the new “Branch Rickey Memorial Highway” signs Monday at the state garage on U.S. 23 in Lucasvile.
