Meredith (Micki) Kaye Williams, loving mother and grandmother, age 73, of Wheelersburg, went to be with our blessed Lord and Savior Sunday, April 21, 2013, at her residence. She was born Jan. 12, 1940, in Portsmouth, to the late Cecil Mershon and Ellen Louise Ross Mershon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Eugene Williams on Oct. 16, 2010. They were married Jan. 28, 1956, in Indiana.
