Robert Louis Burke Jr., 67, of Portsmouth, Ohio., passed away Saturday, April 20, 2013, in Southern Ohio Medical Center Hospice. He was born April 11, 1946, in Portsmouth, Ohio, a son of the late Robert Louis Burke Sr., and Louella “Adkins” Burke.
He was a member of Lakeside Community Church, a Vietnam War Veteran, a retired security officer and maintenance man at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.

Meredith (Micki) Kaye Williams, loving mother and grandmother, age 73, of Wheelersburg, went to be with our blessed Lord and Savior Sunday, April 21, 2013, at her residence. She was born Jan. 12, 1940, in Portsmouth, to the late Cecil Mershon and Ellen Louise Ross Mershon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Eugene Williams on Oct. 16, 2010. They were married Jan. 28, 1956, in Indiana.
