The 120-machine cascade is the centerpiece of a cooperative research, development and demonstration program (RD&D) with the U.S. Department of Energy. A truck careening into a house has sent three people to a Huntington, W.Va. hospital. Lewis County, Ky. Sheriff Johnny Bivens said a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado, operated by 52-year-old John Templeton of Foster, Ky. was traveling west on RC Lane Tuesday evening when Templeton lost control of the vehicle. Portsmouth Municipal Court Judge Steven Mowery has dismissed the noise ordinance case against Fourth Ward City Councilman James Kalb. Kalb had been cited on a single charge of breaking the noise ordinance.
