Kiwanis playground closed until further notice Wayne Allen

The city of Portsmouth Service Department in cooperation with the Kiwanis Club of Portsmouth has closed the playground in Tracy Park until further notice due to a number of issues with the structure including sharp edges.

Scioto County Sheriff Marty V. Donini said that two West Portsmouth brothers Bobby and James Stone of 1336 Seventh Street were arrested Friday for the April 9 robbery of the Superquick in West Portsmouth.
