Two undercover Portsmouth Police officers arrested a New Boston woman Saturday on drug charges. Carol M. King, 33, of 3201 Rhodes Ave., was reportedly walking south on Campbell Avenue when the officers noticed her and another woman and recognized they were both on probation.
