Engineer gets $800,000 for guardrail project Wayne Allen

Scioto County Engineer Craig Opperman has received $800,000 in grants to install guardrails along county roadways this summer.
“This is a project we applied for last year for funds in 2018, we got notified in January the project moved up to this year. It is a $300,000 grant,” Opperman said.
