PIKE COUNTY, Ohio — An investigation conducted by authorities from the Pike County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Secret Service has resulted in two men being charged with 109 counts of pandering sexually oriented obscenity involving minor children; a felony of the fourth degree.
Pike County Sheriff Richard N. Henderson said on Wednesday, deputies arrested the subjects, Robert R. Sutton, Jr., age 52, of Beaver, and Marc Justice, age 52, of Beaver, for possessing pornographic materials and computer-oriented matter involving minor children.
Henderson said an investigation was conducted by deputy David MacCrae, deputy Cory Hicks, and Major Tracy Evans, all of the Pike County Sheriff’s Office, along with the U.S. Secret Service. Sutton and Justice were taken to the Scioto County Jail, and Henderson said the case will be presented to the next term of the Pike County grand jury for felony indictments and further review for additional charges.
