More than 200 people came out to the 14th Street Community Center for the 100th birthday celebration for Frances Rutherford which was held Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013.

Vincent Kennedy, Pastor of Living Faith Temple said he is grateful for Rutherford’s 100 years of life.
