Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, March 4, 2013, at the Piketon High School Gymnasium. Visitation will be at the Piketon High School Gymnasium 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to the service on Monday. Arrangements are under the direction of the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly.

PORTSMOUTH — Berchett Allen Walters, 69, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, in King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2013, at the Laurel Point Cemetery in Lewis County, Ky. Dickerson Funeral Home in Vanceburg, Ky., is handling the arrangements.

WAVERLY — Dorothy Mae Boggs, 85, of Waverly, the wife of Thomas Boggs, passed away Friday, March 1, 2013, at Pleasant Hill Manor, Piketon. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2013, at the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly. The interment will follow in Mound Cemetery in Piketon. Visitation is at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the service hour on Monday.

LATHAM — Anna Kathryn Hayslip, 70, of Latham, Ohio, passed away Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at the Latham Church of God. Ruth Ann Taylor, 63, of Waverly, passed away Friday, March 1, 2013, at Kindred Health Care in Chillicothe. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, March 7, 2013, at the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly. Interment will follow in Mt. Latham Cemetery in Waverly. Visitation is at the funeral home from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from noon until the service on Thursday.
