Millard “Butch” Mills, 60, of New Boston, died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, at his home. Born on Oct. 19, 1952, he was a son of the late Millard Mills and Betty Jones and an Army veteran. Surviving are his children, Christopher (Jenn Wood) Mills of Portsmouth, and Vicki, Deanna and Michael; three sisters, Linda Jones of Minford, Sharon (Steve) Jenkins of New Boston and Liz (Alvin) Breech of Lucasville and grandchildren Katie and Whitney Mills and Landon Hodge.
