Debbie Prater Riggs, 49
Debbie Prater Riggs, 49, of Portsmouth died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at SOMC Hospice. She was born Oct. 22, 1963, at Portsmouth, the daughter of the late Oscar and Jacklyn Prater. Debbie worked as a dietitian at Golden Years Convalescent Center. Surviving are her daughters Brook Riggs and Kaylee Riggs, her sister Susie Prater McConnell, her brothers Michael Prater and David Prater.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Melcher Funeral Home. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Melcher Funeral Home 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Saturday.
