Carl Toland, 53

Carl F. Toland, 53, of Wheelersburg died Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born Dec. 19, 1958, in Portsmouth, a son of Arthur Toland and the late Martha Toland. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Cook Toland; three sons, Frankie Toland, Steven “Scooter” Toland and Jonathan Blizzard all of Wheelersburg; two daughters, Nora Friend of Waverly and Lisa Blizzard of Wheelersburg; two brothers, Curtis Toland of South Webster and James Toland of Middletown; five sisters, Nancy Toland of Wheelersburg, Edna Clarke and Hilda Litteral both of South Webster, Billie Toland of Oak Hill and Kelly Willis of Minford; three grandchildren, C.J. Toland, Jacob Gullett and Alexis Blizzard and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents and three nephews. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN SOUTH WEBSTER . Interment will be at Vernon cemetery. Visitation will be Friday after 5 p.m. and Saturday from noon until 1 p.m. at D.W. SWICK IN SOUTH WEBSTER.
