Born March 22, 1926, in Scioto County, she was a daughter of the late William and Ethel Tatman Windsor and was a retired nurse’s aide at the former Mercy Hospital and a member of Garden City Free Will Baptist Church.
Also preceding her in death was her husband, Clarence Wilbur Hill; a son, Donald Hill; brothers, William and Jackie Windsor; sisters, Mary Lou Cooley, Florence Adrian Windsor and Doris Windsor; and a granddaughter, Jaime Logan.
Surviving are two daughters, Beverly Sue (James) Logan of Stout and Esther Eileen (Earl) Hart of Franklin Furnace; a brother, Dwight Ricky (Alice) Windsor; four grandchildren, Robert Hill, Christine Hill, Sharma Logan and Brittany Logan; and two great-grandchildren, Jimmy Baisden and Annie Baisden.
A funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Brant Funeral Home in Portsmouth, with the Rev. James Hodge and the Rev. Don Ellis officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park.
