Born March 22, 1926, in Scioto County, she was a daughter of the late William and Ethel Tatman Windsor and was a retired nurse’s aide at the former Mercy Hospital and a member of Garden City Free Will Baptist Church.
Also preceding her in death was her husband, Clarence Wilbur Hill; a son, Donald Hill; brothers, William and Jackie Windsor; sisters, Mary Lou Cooley, Florence Adrian Windsor and Doris Windsor; and a granddaughter, Jaime Logan.
Surviving are two daughters, Beverly Sue (James) Logan of Stout and Esther Eileen (Earl) Hart of Franklin Furnace; a brother, Dwight Ricky (Alice) Windsor; four grandchildren, Robert Hill, Christine Hill, Sharma Logan and Brittany Logan; and two great-grandchildren, Jimmy Baisden and Annie Baisden.
A funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Brant Funeral Home in Portsmouth, with the Rev. James Hodge and the Rev. Don Ellis officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park. Appreciation is given to her beautiful family who was so supportive and was with her throughout her illness.
