William R. Brickey, 35, of Coeburn, Va., was arrested Saturday and charged with driving under the influence and multiple drug offenses, after he was arrested by Greenup County, Ky., Sheriff’s Deputy Ryan Houston.

According to a report from the Greenup County Sheriff’s Office, Houston observed Brickey driving erratically on U.S. 23. After he pulled Brickey over, Brickey was discovered with Oxycotin (80mg) with an estimated street value of $7,200, and a large amount of currency. Brickey told the deputy he traveled from Virginia to this area and allegedly purchased the narcotics, reports said.

Brickey was lodged in the Greenup County Detention Center, according to Sheriff Keith M. Cooper.
