KCU release

The Kentucky Christian University volleyball team has had another player earn NCCAA National Player of the Week. Sophomore setter, Lauren Dunn, earned the honor for her play in the Grace Bible College Tournament.

During the week of Oct. 8-15 the Lady Knights played and won four games, three in the Grace Bible College Tournament. For the week Dunn averaged 10.4 assist/set with 145 assists total for the four games.

“I am really proud of Lauren. She is such a consistent player, every game I know I can count on her to go out on the floor focused and ready to play. Lauren is consistent because of the hard work she puts in during practice and the off season and I am happy that her hard work has been recognized. We would not be 18-3 on the season without Lauren.” KCU coach Bruce Dixon said.
