Valley graduate and current Kentucky Christian setter Lauren Dunn was named to the All-Mid-East Regional honorable mention team for her 2011 season.

Lauren Dunn, a 2011 Valley High School graduate, was named to the All-Mid-East Region honorable mention team for the Kentucky Christian University volleyball team.
Lauren took over the starting setter position about halfway through the season dishing out over 700 assists in that time. KCU wont their regional tournament the last weekend of October earning a bid to the NCCAA National Tournament in Florida.
The Lady Knights returned from Florida with a sixth place national ranking. KCU plays a schedule of NCCAA, NAIA and NCAA Division III teams. KCU finished a very successful season with a record of 31-11.
