It was cats chasing dogs at New Boston Wednesday night as the Tigers defeated the Manchester Greyhounds 77-60 for their first win of the season.
The Tigers, now 1-8, were led by Michael Salisbury with 25 points and nine rebounds, Josh Holbrook's 19 points, Josh Howell's 13 points and Justin Bowling's six points with 11 rebounds.
“We got out to that big lead in the first quarter and just held on,” said New Boston coach Don Stapleton. “Its nice to get our first win of the year.”
New Boston hosts Notre Dame on Friday.
