A Lawrence County woman has died in a one-vehicle crash.
Sara Y. Boggs, 31, of Scottown, Ohio, died at the scene of the crash on Ohio 217 near the intersection with Ohio 218 in Lawrence County about 9:26 a.m. Tuesday.
According to Lt. M.R. Gore, of the Ironton Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, when they responded to the report of the crash, officers found a vehicle overturned off the right edge of Ohio 217, about four-tenths of a mile east of mile post 13.
Boggs was the only occupant, and emergency personnel said she was dead when they arrived at the scene.
Gore said the crash remains under investigation by personnel of the Ironton Post.
