As part of Portsmouth Day festivities Bob Morton, president of Portsmouth Murals Inc., threw out the ceremonial first pitch while Wheelersburg senior Isaac Duduit sang the national anthem.

Morton delivered what ought to be considered a strike for a pitcher his age to the waiting glove of his son in law Don Davis.

Duduit sang an inspired version of the Star Spangled Banner, drawing applause from the Reds' faithful.
