Portsmouth Inner City Development Corporation will host “Resiliency: Let’s Talk Portsmouth, Leveling the Playing Field For All Youth and Families” forum on Wednesday, June 27, from 5 to 7:30 p.m.

The forum will be held at PIDC, 1206 Waller St., Portsmouth, and is focused on reaching out to youth and families who struggle with mental, emotional and/or behavioral issues, and to obliterate the shame and stigma associated with families that experience these types of challenges.

The forum is a collaborative effort between PIDC, the Center for Innovative Practices (CIP), the Ohio Federation for Children’s Mental Health, Tova’s NEST Inc. and Resiliency Leadership Ohio.
