Mary Grose, 82

Mary L. Grose, 82, of Minford, died Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, at SOMC Hospice. Born Dec. 25, 1929, in Newton, W.Va.; a daughter of the late John Spencer and Zona Lou Sleeth Rogers, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Gary Grose; three daughters, Marilyn (Ronald) Erion of Spearfish, South Dakota, Lou Ann Grose of Minford, Carolyn (Robert) Waddell of Minford; six grandchildren, Andrew Erion, Jason McGroron, Jessie Waddell, Joshua Keaton, Ashli Jolly, Allyson Waddell, and eight great grandchildren, Molly McGroron, Tristan Keaton, Kamal Giri, Lindi Flaig, LeiAna Keaton, Drew Erion, Alea Erion and Jude Waddell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Brian and Ben and two sisters, Irline and Helen.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16, 2012, at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Sam Bradley officiating. Burial will be at Bennett Cemetery in Minford. Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday prior to the service. There will be a gathering for friends and family following the service at Minford Community Center in Muletown.
