The family of Lawrence E. “Frank” Neff has entrusted the SWICK-BUSSA-CHAMBERLIN FUNERAL HOME, 11901 Gallia Pike, Wheelersburg, with his funeral arrangements. A funeral service, celebrating the life of Frank Neff, will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 8, 2012, at the Funeral Home, with Gerald Penix officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 7, 2012 from 5-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service. The interment will be held at Memorial Burial Park. Mr. Neff, 59, of Sciotoville, was born August 6, 1952, in Scioto Furnace, a son of the late George Neff and Sue Dingess Neff. He died Sunday, March 4, 2012, at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. He was married February 2, 1970, in Sciotoville, to Joanna Schouster Neff, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Lawrence Neff, Jr., of Portsmouth; Tom Neff and Katie Stapleton, of Sciotoville; one daughter, Maryjo Ash, of Wheelersburg; two brothers, Robert Neff, of New Boston and George Neff, of Minford; one sister, Carolyn Lunsford, of Corning, Ohio; 8 grandchildren and many friends. He was a Painter and Drywaller employed by Bragdon Painting, and was an area Musician.
