Jack Boehm, 71

Jack Lee Boehm, 71, of Sheffield Lake, Ohio, died Sunday Nov. 25, 1012, at St. John’s Hospice Center.

He was born Sept. 30, 1941, in Portsmouth; a son of the late David and Maybelle Smith Boehm. He was retired from Ford Motor Co. with 33 years service and loved playing golf.

Jack is survived by his wife, Martha Fitzpatrick Boehm; two daughters, Jacklyn (David) Stockslager of Columbus and Amy (David) Kessling of Cincinnati; two stepdaughters, Brenda (Justin) Daub of Portsmouth and Kristy (Jason) Hall of Wheelersburg; two stepsons, Ronnie (Shawn) Meadows of West Portsmouth and Shannon (Brandi) Fitzpatrick of New Boston; two brothers, Steve (Beverly) Boehm of Rosemount and David (Sandy) Boehm of Portsmouth and 13 grandchildren.

Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON with private interment at a later date. Visitation will be Wednesday 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday noon to 1 p.m. at D.W. SWICK IN NEW BOSTON. Condolences to dwswickfuneralhome.com.
