Gregory Dale Jordan, 34, of South Shore, Ky., and Portsmouth, Ohio, died Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at the residence of his mother, Eva L. Stockham of Portsmouth, Ohio.

He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, Feb 18, 1975, a son of Rodney C. Jordan of South Shore, Ky., and Eva L. Stockham of Portsmouth, Ohio.

He was a member of the Iron Workers Union No. 769 of Ashland, Ky. Surviving are his step- mother, Robin Reed Jordan, of South Shore, Ky., and a special friend, Terry McNeely of Portsmouth, Ohio; two daughters, Sarah Jordan of South Shore, Ky., and Isabella Spencer Jordan of Wheelersburg, Ohio; four sons, Seth and Luke Jordan of New Boston, Ohio, and Gavin Jordan and Ethan Jordan of South Shore, Ky.; one sister, April Jordan of New Boston, Ohio; step-sister, Shawana Frazee of South Shore, Ky.; one brother, Rodney L. Jordan of South Shore, Ky.; one nephew, Colin Marshall of South Shore, Ky., and four nieces, Hailey and Hannah Marshall of South Shore, Ky., and Payton and Oksana Jordan of Getaway, Ohio. Also surviving are his grandmother, Martha Guilkenson of South Shore, Ky., and several aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward Guilkenson, Mary Farmer, Cecil and Catherine Jordan and a step-sister, Aleisha Frazee.

Funeral services 11 a.m. Friday, at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Ky., with Rev. Raymond Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Harr Cemetery, Route 2, South Shore, Ky. Friends may call at the Roberson Funeral Home from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour on Friday.
