Governor Ted Strickland is continuing to make the location of the MMK steel plant in Haverhill a reality.
In a letter to Viktor Rashnikov, chairman of the board of directors of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works in Russia, a plant making plans to locate at Haverhill, Strickland writes -- 'We are ready to move forward with the Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) and New Steel International
