Donna D. Culp, 59, a native of Scioto County, went to be with her heavenly Father on May 2, 2012. She was living in Arizona. Surviving is her husband, Garfield Little; her children, Marie, Anthony, Brian, and Barry Hughes; step brother and sister, Jeff Towell and Elaine Shump. She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Culp; mother, Joanne Hike; two brothers, Mike and Randy. A memorial service is being planned by the family and will be announced at a later date. Best Funeral Home in Phoenix, Ariz., is handling the arrangements.
