KENTUCKY — Jake Lee (Jay) Keen, 73, of Garrison, Ky., passed away Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013, in Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at Globe Family Funeral Chapel in Garrison, Ky. Interment will follow in the Soldier Cemetery in Garrison. Friends may visit from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013, and until the service hour on Thursday at Globe Family Funeral Chapel in Garrison, Ky.
