Billy Joe Clark, 64, of South Point, died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at the Hospice Care Center in Ashland, Ky. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Hayes-Phillips Funeral Home in Ironton. Interment will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Monday from 11 a.m., until the time of the service at the funeral home.
