Cade Dillon Morgan, 18-day-old son of Shay Morgan and Tasha Shoemaker Retherford of Meigs Township, Adams County, died Sunday, April 19, 2009, at a Cincinnati hospital.
There will be no services. Arrangements are under the direction of Lafferty Funeral Home in West Union.
